Help I'm trying to write a suicide letter and just have nothing to say

my brain isn't working.

Any tips?

I have some pills that might do the job, and I am living in a care home, so trying to decide how to hide them today. I have a hiding place I can only access at night and I am not allowed out at night. It is some allotments. I have been seen there in daytime, so can't get caught there again. I also don't want to be caught with my suicide recipe on me - lots of benzos etc. UK.

I doubt that lots of Benzos will do the job alone - but that's your choice. Ik the terrible feeling of not knowing what to write in a suicide note.

A while ago, I found some drafts I wrote when I was very suicidal - basically they just say "I'm free"
