Help I'm thinking of killing myself

When I was a child I suffered abuses and this has been harassing me... I can't stay in peace. All I wanted was to be erased from mankind. I've tried to kill myself twice and the two went wrong for lack of planning, but I'm with a plan in mind and it will not fail. I'm thinking of throwing myself off the bridge and drowning I don't know how to swim... So is it going to be easy or has an easier way and it's not painful?
