Venting I’m so stupid I can’t do anything

I can't starve
I can't stop eating
I can't hit beans
I can't even walk on the treadmill for five minutes
I'm so lonely I shouldn't be with the bf but I am so fucking lonely
I feel so disgusting but I'm to scared to shower
I hate myself
I'm so disgusted with myself
I don't know what to do
I'm so fat and ugly i can't even exercise or cut myself properly
I used to be skinny and be able to restrict but now I eat everything even though my brain screams at me
I just don't know what to do anymore

Have you tried showering in a sitting position? If you wet your body slowly (as in getting used to the sensation on your feet first, then ankles and so on) I know it can be really scary, but it could be a way of stop thinking for a second

May I ask why you are scared to shower?
