I'm gearing up to ctb soon, I'm very new to this site. I'm looking for painless methods. I know SN but unfamiliar with the process. Do u recommend SN or what other painless methods are there? Much love to u all

Personally, I prefer eb, but it's always down to personal preference and /or what you're able to get. Here's the eb megathread: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/exit-bag-and-inert-gas-megathread.8393/ If you go this route, I highly recommend you read threads and posts by fightingsioux.

As for other methods, I'm not familiar with them myself. I would choose N but it's impossible for me to get hold of.

What I will say is don't rush. Take your time, do your research and then quieten your mind somewhat, if you can. Doing anything in a rush will probably result in a failed attempt.

There is an resources section on this website and I feel like after all, only you can decide what method is best for yourself, as the method options depend on what the person has access to. SN does seem to be a popular way to ctb and of course many people have died from it. I would certainly find it comforting if I had the option of SN. I hope that you find relief from your suffering. A lot of people vouch for this guide. Usually when you hear people failing from sn it's because they either backed out halfway or didn't follow the procedure or have the necessary items.

i was really considering this, like a the Butain gas…..but the after math is pretty gnarly
