I really need a quick method that will kill me. I've not got time to think or plan. My survival instinct is really strong but my will to live isn't. Please give me advice asap as I don't think i can do this much longer. The despise I have for life and myself is growing. I just want a way out

Bad idea, it's not a good idea to take you life on impulse. I can advise you, but not like the way you are now.

I agree, a well thought out plan takes time, anyone doing this on a desperate whim really isn't the way to do it.

Jumping requires little planning apart from finding a suitable spot but is one of the hardest things to do. Same goes for cutting, jumping in front of a train or drowning. If you have zero conscience you can try to provoke a cop especially in the US but you might just be wounded and to go prison.

All 'easier' methods require some degree of research and planning, from hanging to pharma to gases it's hard to succeed without preparation.

It is never a good idea to act on impulse, no matter how strong is. For your sake, it's better if you research what's best for you so you can make up your mind and decide if it's the right thing for you. People here will support in whatever decision you make, but it's never wise to act without thinking.
