Long story short, I managed to get a health issue around a year back by injuring myself and I thought is was fine until it managed to get worse a few weeks ago. My life is great on paper and in practice outside of this issue, but I don't think I can continue for 50 some years of this bullshit. I am 21 and I just can't.

I plan on picking the SN method.

From what I know, 100 mg per kg of body weight should suffice, so you should be "safe" going with 20 g.

I'm not sure how much a tablespoon of SN weighs, but if I remember correctly, you will need 4 teaspoons of SN.

Update: I have deleted most of my accounts across the internet. I only have my email addresses and my signal messaging service. I only need to wipe this desktop PC, my phone, and shred my documents that I keep in my room. I already made my letters to my family. I'm leaving around 10 pm PST today.

My method is SN. I'm going to be using, acetaminophen (1000 mg), Clonazepam (.25 - .5 mg), propanolol (10 mg), metoclopromide (30 mg), Calcium Carbonate (1000 mg) and sodium nitrite that I will be putting into capsules (10 grams because I'm 72 kg). Does anyone have any pointers or does that sound solid?
