Help I’m not really excited about anything anymore

I don't know how to really describe it. Maybe my serotonin or whatever receptors have just been burned to a crisp, but for the past week ai've been trying to get myself excited about anything- and nothing's working.

It used to be "just gotta make it to friday" but now the concept of Friday doesn't invite any emotion in me. The weekend, either. What the fuck do I do? I'm so scared

I'm on sertraline and self dosing clonazepam. Nothings really happened at all, I just started realizing that I'm not really excited for anything anymore

Idk whether self-dosing is a good idea. Can that be a side effect from Sertraline? You should ask your doc.
