If you are a resident and above 18 years you can go to the store and buy a shotgun without a permit and blast your brain out in your home comfortably.
It's an instant and painless process, meanwhile we have to drink poison and order stuff from dubious internet sites and hope for it to arrive.

Switzerland has the most liberal gun laws in the world, residents there own AK 47s and stuff and look at their crime rates.
Its not guns that kill people, its PEOPLE that kill PEOPLE.

I don't know, I thought the presence of firearms would reassure me because I could go at any time but frankly they are just spooky. They're fun to shoot but I get the shakes every time I do. In rural America there are guns everywhere and you can hear gunshots of people hunting or target shooting and murder is pretty much a non-issue. So as far as the presence of guns themselves you have only to fear if someone is being irresponsible with them. Murder is a big city kind of thing.

We are up to about 20 constitutional carry states in the US now and FL and GA will probably be added to the list soon. But I would not use a gun. It's too gory and I don't want to harm the constitutional carry movement. Antigun lobby will use it to try and ban guns.

They did not. I am from Europe, albeit living outside it.

The second option. I know what it means to live in places where everyone carries a gun. Including Kalashnikovs.

While true that people kill people, not guns, it is also true that the said people need the said guns to do it. Sometimes, more often then not, it is what makes all the difference.

It proves only that gun restrictions for mentally unstable people aren't a bad thing. Paranoia and gunpowder don't mix well. You are not giving out vibes of a responsible gun owner, but someone that may include random people in an unconsensual suicide pact.

Yeah and I lived in every country in the world and right now I'm living in the Maldives and slurping on a coconut as we speak.

In Austria you can get a Weapon of the Category C if you are a RESIDENT and above 18 years. (don't Need a permit) you go to the store tell them what kind of Category C gun you want and then you wait 3 days (they check if there is a "waffenverbot" for you) if everything is fine you can go and pick it up.

Now I'm gonna go diving with the sharks here - have fun loser!
