Help Im in a very very bad place

I arrived in Italy and chose a hotel with a bath, ac and tea making facilities. There are none of these. I'm too cold to leave my bed. The landlady is abusive. She applies pressure to my sore leg with no skin. She comes to my room and takes my food and phone and wheni try get them back she snatches them away. Booking. Com are useless and I can't seem to phone the police. If someone can help please do.
