• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Though on instagram I am a sucker for food/anime/animal content, I also follow a lot of people who are into trauma

Specifically, on ways to heal trauma and grow from it

I find that I get very triggered, especially when it comes to trauma involving the lose/grief of a mother. As my own mother was a monster. And my brief of an abusive mom is not something everyone can relate to. The complexity and the pain

It's to a point where a lot of this "healing" content is actually super triggering. And I don't want to do it, engage in, or see it anymore

I already unfollowed one account. May need to do the rest with the others

Much of social media, like Instagram, is not real. People exaggerate things to attract attention, followers and sponsors. exactly by triggering readers' emotion, and anger, etc. It would be better not to take social media too seriously.

Too much social media makes you deluded. Cutting out for a while is good. Keep your mind healthy.
