my regime is simple. I will use a stat dose
I started to fast at 20:00 (Moscow; now it is 5:00)
7:00 1000 mg paracetamol
7:15 30 mg meto
8:00 25 mg SN in plain water
then I wait to vomit. if i will not, just lie on the right side and listen to the playlist that I have prepared for myself
I can change the schedule by an hour (i.e. start at 8:00), depends on some circumstances
wish me luck i want to finally have some rest

In honour of 2ndme, gonna leave this here just in case. If you change your mind after taking SN, it is not too late, but you need to act fast. Call emergency services in your area, clearly state your location, and tell them you have ingested sodium nitrite and will need to be treated with intravenous methylene blue.
There is no shame in changing your mind, and we will accept you back with open arms.

I hope you found the peace you crave, and the ride there was gentle. I never feel sad when someone is able to ctb. I feel sad that life brought them there, but glad they were able to go, on their own terms.
