I'm fucked on benzos and the tiniest bit of vodka, can't have more feel sick but I got to the top of the carpark I said I was gonna ctb on, fucking extra fences that I the fat lump can't get over. The next level is open but it's too low. How the fuck what the fuck I'm so scared now cause police will be looking for me as I was only meant to have 30mins away from hospital. Wow thank fuck for autocorrect. But I want to scream and puke and just explode. I can't face a broken back. I want a broken skull. I should have done this sober. Any tips of getting over would be appreciated.

Depends. Sometimes patients just rang and said they were held up. Only other option is just be honest and tell them you went to clear your head but they may take your leave off you thats what they did to me after i escaped and went home. Police took me back

I don't want to sound like pro-life either, but I guess it's better to start heading all way back to the hospital and get back to your plan later, when you'll be free.

I got picked up by police and pretty sure accused of attention seeking well next time I'll just do it with nothing in my system. I was half way over a barrier when the police came, I didn't get even notice the officer

They probably think you wouldnt have waited all that time before going over if you wanted to do it. Hope you dont get your leave taken off you, worst part for me being in hospital not being allowed out even for a cig.
