Whoa, let's be reasonable here, taking naked pictures of yourself when you are underage is far different from taking pictures of another person. You are a victim, not a criminal. If they send that photo to others,They can be charged with production and distribution of child porn.

No, you're not a whore who deserves to die. You're young and your brain is not fully developed yet. You made a mistake. Odds are they are going to go after the adults who are possessing child porn, not you, the child. Please do not end your life over this as you deserve better.
Hopefully you are right. Truly. So many actual pedophiles (again, burrito you are NOT a pedophile or a whore for the matter) aren't punished and get away with their horrible, horrible, and again, horrible crimes.
I'm unaware of the laws in the US.However i'd imagine they would vary from state to state and differ in case by case.I have worked both directly and indirectly on many cases throughout Asia and Europe.I have seen a number of similar cases to OP where the child was placed on the sex offenders register for 5 years.
Going slightly off topic i have seen convictions of underage children for possession of drawings (cartoons) of naked children.
Just to give an example:
Two very similar cases both males were arrested for SAME drawings (cartoons) of naked children
One male 14 years old possession of drawings (cartoons) of naked children.Got No conviction.
One male 15 years old possession of SAME drawings (cartoons) of naked children.Got a conviction because on the site he obtained them from
it said that the pictures represented underage children.
In both cases the drawings were shown and they looked nothing like children.Going somewhat off topic.
Since i'm employed in many of these cases.I thought i would share this information.

Also remember while LGBT is accepted is most countries.Some countries still imprison or even execute for such preferences.

Also there will be a new definition as in a new name for Paedophiles to remove the stigma associated the term Paedophile.
A Paedophile can be male/female (and believe me you would be very surprised at the vast amount of female Paedophiles compared to what is publicly known) who have a sexual preference toward prepubescent children.
There are Paedophiles who abuse and rape also as there are hetrosexuals/LGBT who abuse and rape
There are Hetro/Lesbian/Gay/bisexual Paedophiles.There are also Paedophiles who have preferences for aldults also.
