If you've ever failed and opiate overdose, did you find it hard to not return to opiates recreationally?

They're not that good in my opinion. I started doing Heroin, I was planning on using it to CBT but frankly I don't have the balls and was enjoying my self destructive behavior. Well I've quit as of now and I have to say that it's kind of overrated. The quality of the high diminishes over time and it's really not that good anyways, it's a bit of euphoria/sleepyness and if you use a significant amount of opiods it just makes you feel sick. You should be fine unless you have an very addictive personality.

I tried to OD several times with different mixes of benzos and failed, then became addicted to them and my tolerance grew so even if I wanted to OD now it would take a huge amount of them just to do it
