If your method is hanging, would you recommend it? Why?

The number one reason for me to go with full suspensions hanging is it's fast. Anytime I have seen it on a gore site with rare exceptions the person is unconscious in seconds.

Full-Suspension is my current method. I would much prefer to use a gun in a shallow part of a lake because that would be instant and almost guaranteed but I don't have the money for that now.

Hanging is time-tested but you have to make sure of three things: Your rope wont break or come undone, your support wont break, and you wont be found for atleast half an hour. The major downside is the first few minutes after kicking away the bucket.. not going to be pleasant.

While that can happen if the rope is too large for your throat or you have not tied it right, unconsciousness happens in seconds when I have watched a good number of gore site hangings

this is the method i also choose but never sure if you need a long drop so it breaks the neck and then its game over, or is it a case of hanging fully and most likely last 10-30 seconds when the carotid arteries get blocked and again game over. the neck snapping seems hard to do. looks easy in the old western movies when some person was hanged for stealing an apple.

If I could choose method it would be by suicide bag with nitrogen or helium that seem to be best, but I dont have money so hanging is my only choice (full suspension) but yeah I agree when done right it is pretty quick and reliable but some pain is there and SI too. SO I would not recommend unless no option for suicide bag, but it is cheap and pretty reliable that is why so many people decide to choose this way. More reliable than train, jumping even firearm (to many possibilities that something can go wrong)

True its has often been called the poor man's way out. But it is reliable and if you are unconscious in a few seconds, do you remember the pain?

I'm going with partial hanging. I'd recommend this method if you were out of options because its cheap, fast and doesn't need a lot of effort.

If I end up hanging myself it'll only be because I had no other choice. Hanging would never be an option I'd pick normally

I have an garage I could hang my self in. But there is children living in the neighbor house. So I will try to find a tree in the forest.
