For me it would be - "It doesn't get better so just go ahead and kill yourself now" or "save money, actually focus on school and get good grades so that when you are 18 you can move out and go to a great college."

Edit: Also "Get into Marvel movies now so you can be able to watch the mcu grow into something amazing :)

That I should just leave as soon as possible to prevent all future suffering, but of course I still wanted to die when I was much younger so I doubt that words would had changed anything. The problem for me is that suicide is so difficult and inaccessible in this cruel world, I would had left awhile ago if it was much more straightforward.

Isn't this the grandfather paradox? There is one thing that can never happen. Only the other direction is possible. But if I could inform my younger self, other people probably also could. It's just an arms race on a different scale. The nature of life and outcome wouldn't change much.
