You see, there are two parts to my answer here.
My ego says that of course, if I could suddenly magically become intelligent, beautiful, talented, lovable, etc. why wouldn't I want to live? That would take care of all my current problems, right?
But my logical mind says no, no one on this planet is happy. I doubt Bezos truly sleeps well at night. Because no matter what a person has, they could always have better, even if they're the most well off person on the planet. If it was so easy for humans to find contentment, we wouldn't be the dominant species on the planet. It literally is because of our insatiable need to 'better ourselves' (or in more cynical terms, greed) that we keep making advancements in technology, etc. It is my belief that any species who becomes the dominant species on their planet through evolution could never be happy, because as they say 'necessity is the mother of invention', and a species can only continue to evolve if it's individuals keep searching for something more.
Furthermore, I believe that the solution to the fermi paradox (why we haven't yet met ailens) is because after a certain point any advanced civilization's individuals would realize the futility of their own existence and end themselves. Either that or, they DO find happiness somehow, and that contentedness would eventually lead to the species ending naturally over time due to social degradation.
So yeah, long dramatized reply, but that's my take. As a side note, I feel like suddenly gaining all this through super powers instead of having to 'level through it' or just plain old self improvement in other terms, would take away the effort and reward aspect of the process. What I mean by that is that it would have the same effect as activating cheats in a video game. It's fun for a few minutes but quickly grows boring. The whole point is the process of getting there. (unfortunately real life isn't a video game, and you may never 'get there')
