you soemtimes see the scenes where the helicopters are searching for a body in the ocean or sea.
what exactly equipment do they have on those helicopters?
what if you attach some metal to yourself, would it make it easier for them to find you?

hey im sorry that you think about doing this and i trully hope things will get better and it wont be necesery
i think the best way is to attach yourself something highly reflective like a reflective swim Buoy or something reflective that will float no matter what and be easily identfied from distance
