If I end up waking up in my own vomit and feces, what would happen if I ignore it and resume my daily activity?

you would experience tachycardia, nausea, fatigue, stomach pain, and headaches that could last up to a week. It's hard to say if there would be long lasting effects due to lack of info. maybe in some rare cases I haven't seen yet, personally. Theres a report of a sasu user who curiously tasted the smallest amount and would've passed if he did not request emergency services. To sum things up, if you carefully follow the protocol it leaves little room for failure. Most failed cases are due to intervention or lack of preparation. Best wishes ❣️

is there case study report for follow up on an untreated SN? Kinda curious and I assume I will not seek help after I failed without being noticed. Also, if I got caught and wake up on the psychward/police interrogation, what should I say to protect myself with previous failed attempt recorded?

Long lasting effects are unlikely, if there were any it would probably be a result of a serious seizure. This is a very common question. I would recommend checking out other SN threads for further information.

If you use the search tool on here you might get more specific results of what you are looking for. As for the interrogation aspect, due to sn becoming more well known as a suicide tool, it's become harder to bs it. Best thing you can do is act completely clueless and deny.
