  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

If you change your mind about ctb would you share your N or other resources with another forum member?

No. Just because the current problem making me want to ctb went away doesn't mean another won't come up. If I had something that precious I'd hang onto it for life.

Yes, that and the risk of dreadful legal consequences for not only dealing a drug, but being responsible for a death. Probably counts as manslaughter or something.

No and I'm sorry if that sounds cruel. For starters- I don't have N. Plus, even if you have a substance- how can you be certain it's the real deal until you test it? Which you probably won't want to do until you are nearer using it- so as not to break the airtight seals. Secondly, it's illegal- you would be assisting a suicide. Thirdly- suicide I feel has to be a solitary road when it is not clinically assisted- I have the deepest sympathy for everyone here who wants to take their own life but I feel like they can be the only one to make the preparations and do it. Just like I eventually may/ will. Forthly, I might change my mind further down the road- even if I had improved, I'd still want a way out later if things turned bad again.

If it was a family member or a very close friend who were incapacitated and unable to 'help' themselves- then that might be slightly different- although I imagine by that point, clinically assisted suicide would be an option- so I hope I'd help them via that route.

That would be considered drug dealing and could put a person in prison- that's a pretty big ask to ask someone to take that risk.

Seriously if I had N I would ctb as soon as possible. I would certainly not be here anymore. Having the option of N is absolutely ideal to me and I don't get why anyone would choose to suffer if they had a peaceful way to die by their side. But if somehow I ended up with extra N, it could spare someone else a painful and risky suicide and I do believe it would be tragic to let it go to waste. But none of this could really happen, but in an ideal world I believe that everyone should have the option of N and nobody should have to resort to risky suicide methods.

Are you serious? Still at it with your nonsense?
N is a very precarious situation. It's not like going to your local supermarket and buying another because oops you lost your first one. Have you really not been reading all the threads here and how much more difficult it is to obtain? Even if the supply comes back, LE is much more watchful about it now so the risk is higher than ever with getting it.

Your uninformed comments are really starting to make me think you're a troll.

If I did have N—which I don't—I definitely wouldn't. It's expensive, illegal, and extraordinarily difficult to find with the shortages. Hell, I wouldn't even give away my SN!

No, I'm not gonna risk being taken by the fuzz for "assisting suicide"

Plus no one should take anyone's word for it that they are willing to give it to you. It just screams potential scammer.

I've learned the hard way to cherish my supply. I'm not discarding or giving away anything in the future.

I would treat N like gold. It's too expensive, too tricky to get, and has too long of a shelf life to give away for me. If I don't need it today who knows about tomorrow.

In light of the current proposed legislation? That'd be a terrible idea.

No. If I changed my mind, I wouldn't give my N to someone else. I wouldn't feel comfortable giving someone something that I knew they were going to use to kill themselves with.
