Would we all be sitting in the dark?
Edison supposedly made 10,000 unsuccessful attempts before perfecting the light bulb. Do you suppose we would have given up by then or, do you think having that focus would motivate us to keep trying?
Do you wonder who you could or should have been without whatever held you back?
I was/ sort of still am able to focus and produce if I have a project I need to complete. Nothing as grand or important as the invention of the light bulb! It has helped me through though.
Do you suppose things like pioneering invention, creation, exploration stave off depression? Personally speaking, it did give me a strong focus. I suppose I was still miserable while I was working but, it was some distraction.
