48 hours? for N. Most people are dead within an hour. I'll have about 12 hours before found. Chances of surviving this (if one doesn't vomit when unconscious) are slim to none.Yes, coma and being in a negative state.
One needs to give one's self a good 48 hour window of non discovery.
Sure they do. You die by respiratory failure which deprives your brain of oxygen and therefore its at best the same as N."Seems like there is the least chance of brain damage with SN than from other methods imo."
Don´t agree. Isn't it true that even in SN the brain is not supplied with enough oxygen ? For this reason I think Oxycodon and Fentanyl are better, because as far as I know they do not cause brain demage.
i haven't seen anyone rescued with SN or anywhere remain alive with brain damage. i have seen that with china white i guess that had some Fentanyl? i PM with someone got slight brain damage after a ctb attemp with F. got found and rescued. but it was not not pure Fentanyl . i'm sure pure Fentanyl would result in instant death . but pure Fentanyl is extremely hard to find, much harder to find than N or SN is right now."Seems like there is the least chance of brain damage with SN than from other methods imo."

Hello! Could you give us more details about the 10ml thing?I overdosed on 10ml of liquid vet N and survived (ofc) with no lasting damage. I think:)
Usually, Pentobarbital, when taken in a massive amount will cause slowing of some bodily functions: decreased consciousness (even coma), bradycardia, bradypnea, hypothermia, and hypotension. If left unattended the person will usually die within a matter of minutes to hours. If someone was found early or is in an extended coma the EEG of that person may
show a marked decrease in electrical activity to the point of mimicking brain death, This is due to profound depression of the central nervous system, and is usually reversible.[34]
So, to my understanding if you've been found early (and survive), you probably won't have severe neurological sequelae, unless you've been found with no heartbeat (clinical death) and was brought back to life. Than there is a chance of varying degrees of brain damage.
Correct me if I'm wrong
Pardon my English, i usually speak Hebrew

You can get brain damage with SN. SN deprives your body of the oxygen it needs. You will get brain damage if your brain doesn't get enough of oxygen for 2 minutes."Seems like there is the least chance of brain damage with SN than from other methods imo."

Link to the autopsies?. i'm assuming they were dead? That's what i need to do die soon. List the caseS of people rescued that remained alive with brain damage ? The only thing i want is to not remain alive and with brain damage. You can get brain damage with SN. SN deprives your body of the oxygen it needs. I read that when they did autopsies on people who had ctb with SN, all of them had right sided heart failure and brain damage in the same area of the brain that people had when they died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
I found a case study of this in a medical journal published online last year. I don't remember which one. I will look and see if I can find it and post a link.Link to the autopsies?. i'm assuming they were dead? That's what i need to do die soon. 48 hours?????Sí, coma y estar en un estado negativo.
Uno necesita darse a sí mismo una buena ventana de 48 horas de no descubrimiento.
Do not listen to this guy. He is full of shit. Before he was telling everyone it's 72 hours. His information is really suspect.48 hours?????
This is extremely weird because N is also used as a last resort anti-seizure med.i accidentally took about 550 or 600 mg n, far from a sufficient amount to ctb, but 5 or 6 times the amount used as a sleeping pill when it was used for that purpose years ago, tho I think some may have taken 200mg, but i also had zero habituation to it.. It resulted in mental confusion, slurring of speech, and then seizures. It totally cleared up in a couple of days, except the injuries sustained during the seizures took longer. I thought i read that there are no after effects if you are "rescued" from n. I had none from my overdose.
It may be that it has anti seizure benefits at lower doses. The therapeutic window with some drugs is like that. This is extremely weird because N is also used as a last resort anti-seizure med.

Not sure what to assume. I'm guessing it was powder/liquid N procured by yourself rather than prescribed. People with prescription stuff usually have Phenobarbital and I've seen it be confused for Pentobarbital (N) because the names are so similar.
Quite jealous to say the least!"powder N procured by yourself..."
Correct. From China when it was still available.
