If N fails, do I need to go to hospital?

If I fail N, does it leave permanent damage? And do I need to go to hospital and get proper treatment?

Would take a miracle for you to survive N if taken properly. I'd suggest skip the hospital and go straight to church to become a priest.

You could choke on your vomit, in which case you'd still die, but not from the pentobarbital. I had a long discussion with a doctor about it several years ago and he suggested that was a major risk and it would be best to combine it with a 2nd method.

That's why I personally think nitrogen is a better option..
