im planning on taking a bag of rubber bands and putting it around my neck. ive heard of people putting rubber bands on their arm or dick and then circulation got cut off and their arm or dick died and needed to get amputated. if i put a bunch arohnd my neck will it cut of circulation and make me die or no.

It's hard to predict what can happen, not sure if one's instinct to survive will kick in... also idk if the bands would snap.
I'm not that confident in that idea (and don't suggest one become a science experiment coz there are unfortunate injury risks)
if the rubber bands woild snap they would snap before you put them around your neck also il get drunk or high before to avoid the survival instincts

this sounds VERY uncomfortable at best and horribly painful at worst. you deserve better than that
why would it hurt though. it takes far more pressure to collapse the windpipe so u cant breathe then to cut off circulation
