if I could have anything, it would be the right and freedom to have someone with me in silence, just to ensure that things go smoothly.

I agree with that. I would hate for my mask to somehow become disconnected before I died because of the impending brain damage that would ensue.

Exactly! But I guess it's another fear that can be used to keep people from acting.

Same. It's the one time I don't want to be alone.

It is cruel that we are forced to die alone by sketchy methods. A shitty end to a shitty life I guess.

If this taboo around suicide did not exist, we could have an honest conversation about life and death. But no, we are forced to suffer in silence which drives even more suicidal thoughts and actions.

For some reason recently youtube has been recommending these suicide survivor videos. It is terrifying to see these maimed and disfigured people being forced to publicly share their deepest shame and pain.

It is portrayed as being "inspirational" or some other BS but if you read through the lines it is just fear mongering and exploiting the most vulnerable people in society.

That's so sad I mean if someone overcame SI to that point they clearly don't want to be here anymore and instead of just letting them go and providing them peace, they get "saved" and are now forced to live their lives probably worse off than before.

It is absolutely horrifying to see these people suffer even further. I swear this is done on purpose to punish and spread fear. Otherwise it makes no sense to parade these victims around like some kind of circus freakshow attractions.

The craziest part is that people find this exploitation as "inspirational" when I am deeply saddened by their unnecessary suffering. The public shame and humiliation is just the cherry on top of the shit sundae.

Yeah it's not inspiring, it's disgusting. Those poor people! I'm sure some were even in a condition that they couldn't consent either! That makes me so sad but really angry. Humanity can is definitely becoming a shit show.

We all deserve the option of euthanasia, a peaceful exit on our own terms. That is what I want, as I have fears of a method failing. Nobody should have to resort to painful methods to ctb. It is cruel how the society expects us to suffer for decades. None of us asked for this life in the first place anyway.
