This used to hold me back a lot too. I couldn't stand the thought of my parents waiting around while I was missing hoping I would come back only to find that I had died. Guess you get numb to it after a while.

I have no loved ones (parents, partner, friends, kids) so I'm not really sure what's stopping me, to be honest. I have everything set up but I keep putting it off. "I'll go to my outdoor exercise class and see how I feel after that... I'll have a nice last meal with some cake for dessert... I'll have a nice sleep and do it tomorrow... "

It'll probably happen "impulsively" if something upsets me and I catastrophise the entire situation. Except there will be nothing impulsive about it because it's been on the cards for ages.

It is very hard to leave especially my brother alone in this world. I would love to be able to accompany him through life, but unfortunately my life will be over soon.

I know there are actually quite a few people who would miss me. And the people who have shunned me over the past year, many would mourn too. It pains me to disappoint them, but I feel like I have no choice. Well, no good choice, anyway.
