I wish that I had an off switch

I wish that I had an off switch. I wish there was a button that I could press to fade out of existence. I never even wanted to exist in the first place, and existence is just a cruel game of competition and survival. I wish that I could be non-existent; I hate being a conscious, sentient being. I wish I could sleep forever and never have to wake up. I wish that I could be at peace. I yearn for eternal peace…

My happiest moments are when I'm asleep. Problem is to get to sleep first my racing brain needs to shut down. That's not always a problem, but when it is it's pretty bad.

I've always wished for the same but if it was up to me I'd choose to permanently erase my existence so it's like I never existed at all, I just wish for this existence to peacefully disappear into nothingness with all finally forgotten about.

Same! It would be super cool if this turns out to be a simulation, so when I die I can just adjust the settings of my life where it all went wrong and give it another run. Maybe even give my source code a tiny tweak.

I wish this all the time. There's never I moment I wouldn't switch off my life if I had the chance. I'm 100% ready for it to be over, I just lack the courage to end it so an off switch would be perfect.

I wouldn't want a reboot because it would just be replaying the suffering all over again, though I could do some things differently. I do wish I could have had the life others have, if I had to live, but I think there is always some suffering in life so id rather not have to go through any more. I'm told others enjoy living and don't feel they are suffering, so maybe I'd feel differently if I was someone else.

This would be perfect for me. I don't want to have existed. No one would know and no one would hurt or miss me.
