Do you mean my life story? Or my reasons for ctb? I'm not sure how to summarize that in one post.
The past few days have just been stressful for me, I'm making a lot of mistakes in my schoolwork, and a lot of small things have been going wrong is all.
I'm sorry you're having a rough patch. Those seem to go on forever sometimes. Is there something nice you can do for yourself to help take the edge off?

Yeah, honestly I'm feeling a bit better after browsing here for a bit. I usually go on a walk or make some tea when I get stressed and that helps a lot. Thx for asking, but I just need to push through this for now.
its a lot of small things that have built up over the years. The main reasons are my anxiety and panic attacks and mood swings. The smallest inconvenience can set me over the edge.

As someone who is suffering from a mental disorder that causes one to feel like they've already died but with their body in tact, I can guarantee you that it is not a fun place to be. I'm in hell.

There are walkins, you could request one. I knew a nice lady who was a walk in. She was living on some other planet, while an alien from another planet occupied her body. She definitely was not crazy and was the most sane well adjusted person I ever met. Just ask for a walk in some night while you are in the dark, in bed.
The original person occupying her body had been a messed up drug addict ready to ctb. She left and was replaced by the very sane, nice very together psychic alien. She was not one to go somewhere while she was driving with.
She would race around the winding mountain roads recklessly because she was psychic and knew without looking no cars were coming around the bends in the road. A white knuckle experience for her passengers.

I would love that as well. It's a wonder why we're not zombies in the first place. Why is there 'something it is like' to be us? I suppose it's nice, but there are just too many bad experiences, that it kind of takes the magic out of it.
Im in a similar position and it truly is hell living like this!
