I was diagnosed with severe depression, now I feel dependent on it to feel safe. My problem isn't even fixable, I need to kill myself and I never want to stop having the comfort of knowing I am able to kill myself, previous excuses were that I was too scared, now that things look "good" I only wish I had the balls to kill myself tonight.

Do you struggle with anorexia too? Im just going by your username. Ive lost 40-45 pounds since december, because ive just stoped eating. I have a hard time drinking too.

Hey, I can relate. I've been suicidal so long it feels like a part of me, ingrained in my head. I can't imagine a life outside severe depression as i'm so familiar with it. Like sadness is my only source of comfort. I also hate SI and i'm struggling with it everyday. I hope we can overcome it and find peace.
