I am going to be 29 in October.
I have decided that I will try for a year to improve my life and see what happens.
This is what I am going to do:
1) Not watch porn or masturbate .
2) Drink only water and sugarless tea, no sugary drinks like Coca Cola and no alcohol.
3) Eat only healthy food.
4) Every other day cycle for 1 hour for health.
5) No Youtube, only audiobooks.
6) No news websites like USAtoday, they depress me.
I will comeback here and open a thread and explain what happened.
See if my life improved.
So I will make a thread here on Sunday, June 19th, 2022.
