it's my mom's birthday today, and that's why, for today, i stopped short with the pills. they're OTC but have a strong sedative effect so the amount i took won't kill me (only i think maybe 10-11, which is harmful, but not deadly); just disconnect me very hopefully from my thoughts and my body (they've done it before and i think it could happen again. i forget i physically exist when i'm on them).
can't promise tomorrow, not the day afterwards either. i am glad only because it's her birthday that i held off on it a few days ago. if things don't get better (they seem to be getting worse), it's the best option. not today though.
