Method I want to use an exit bag

just as the title says. I wanna use an exit bag but idk what gas I should use. Can someone please tell me what's best? I heard nitrogen's good but are ther e any other options? I just wanna know in case I can't get my hands on a certain material.

K I'm in the same boat need to know how to get nitrogen and sized If I get the materials and gas I plan on using a scuba mask plus a exit bag or one off them bee keeper bags to make sure I'm laughing my way to the cremation.

Nitrous Oxide(The laughing gas dentists use if I'm not mistaken) is another option,and might even be the ideal gas to get your hands on. (You'll not only die peacefully,but die in actual pleasure)

Getting your hands on it however,is another matter entirely.

Helium is now diluted with oxygen.

Need to use nitrogen or argon.
