I can barely eat chicken these days. Eating much protein at all makes me feel uncomfortably full. (Yay for digestive disorders.) Tonight, for dinner, I had the noodles from a bowl of chicken noodle soup, some Goldfish crackers, some nutritional yeast (which I eat to get some protein into my diet, though I know it's far too little), and a few sugar packets. Now I've got reflux even though I barely ate anything at all.
