Hi there. I'm posting because I am really struggling again this afternoon. I am not actively ready to CTB, nor do I have means or a plan at the moment. However (and please feel free to delete or move this thread if it belongs in recovery), I am really hoping someone could give me the time of day to hear my story. Not only to hear it, but to offer some type of support through it all.
I have a Google doc that I have written outlining everything; it would be my suicide note if I decide to CTB. I am not NEARLY finished with it, even though it is already at 10 pages. Lol. I was wondering: is someone willing to read this and help me? You can PM me if you can and I will give you my Discord & Google Doc.
I will preface with the trigger warning, though:
