I tried to practice blowing my brains out with an empty gun but even that's hard. It's like your body is forced into becoming a scared animal that suddenly realizes its trapped in a cruel claw contraption, just how human are we really when the sudden act of dying appears right under our very temples? Yes or no, maybe dying is for the better.

I still don't exactly follow... Can you say more? I'm interested. Is there any way by which "that" can help you with the present difficulties?
Also, it might be helpful to practice-rehearse those difficult emotions-thoughts you were just having. Although painful, really "feeling the feelings" can help one get in touch with what's going on.
