January 4th, 2022.
it's a special date for me because of something that happened on that day a number of years ago. The last time I was happy, and probably the only time I was happy in my teenage/ adult life.
I'm at the lowest point of my life right now and it's only getting worse. I simply wouldn't be able to make it past January 4th, realising that another year has passed since that time.
I admit I have done basically no research (i'm about to) but what's the method where you out some sort of mask on your face that tricks your brain into thinking you're inhaling oxygen when you're really not? That's the easiest one, right?
