Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Developing muscles is not like studying history. When I studied history, I read, and listened and gained knowledge and I "connected the dots" and thought about what I learned. The "work" I put was fun and fulfilling and I ended up knowing more about the world than I did before going to university. Gaining muscles mass is not the same process. Every day it's the same pain, same suffering, there's no real way to make it easy, let alone fulfilling. You can't "have fun on your way to the goal". David goggins and andrew tate said themsevles that they hate working out and they dread doing it but do it anyway. It's a different kind of process to get to the end point. I wish I was able to do anything and gain anything I wanted and "climb every mountain". I'm frustrated reality isn't like that.

to be able to climb mountains you should learn how to get up hills, take it easy and take small steps which will make it easy to make big steps later on. yes, itll take some time but dont give up, youre capable of anything, i believe in you. dont be too harsh on yourself okay?

but thats part of why its so important. experiencing discomfort is crucial to our recovery, otherwise, we'd keep ourselves closed and crawl back to our reliable, bad habits. its hard, but try to embrace the pain. I'm making it a goal of mine to do something I dread every single day, whether its working out or talking to strangers. best of luck

And then when you get to the 'end point' you have to keep going otherwise you lose it all. Wish I had the motivation to work out. Good luck.
