Hi everyone,
Well as I have no access to antimetics or anything else beyond using ginger to try to stabilise my stomach before I ctb, I decided to sample my SN this morning. Yes could have resulted in my CTB, but hey, that's why I have it anyway isn't it.
So I mixed about half a teaspoon (and then promptly re-sealed the SN in an airtight bag and again in a airtight box) with some water this morning and set off on a walk. It was about 100ml of water and it did taste very salty. I didn't gulp it all down in one, sipping it whilst sucking on some mints to help with the taste.
I'd not eaten anything since lunchtime yesterday either.
So anyway, no real effects until about 40 minutes in, I start to feel very light headed, check my watch and heart rate was normal (60ish) and breathing didn't seem difficult. All was well until I went into my local coffee shop to get a coffee, suddenly I felt very light headed, very flushed and very weak. The Barista must have thought I was pissed
I could barely hold a conversation whilst she made my coffee.
As I walked out, my vision was affected, things were very very bright and I felt drunk, but not my usual happy drunk way, more like a really bad hangover. I manage to get home and look in the mirror, the colour has gone from my lips, I took some selfies to compare with other photos and definitely loss of colour. Has some mild tingling in my fingers. I bent down to take my shoes off and as I stood back up for really light headed and had to sit down.
30 minutes have now passed since then and effects are wearing off.
But now at least I know what to expect, next time it'll be for real.
