I really hate people

They act like they care so much about mental health but only ever expects you to hide your true feelings. I have no one to talk to. I just hide it all inside cuz my therapists didn't fucking get it and no one else fucking gets it but if I kill myself today, they'd all claim not to see the fucking signs. They'd all act like it's so important to pay attention to the signs and reach out yet when you reach out, they just blame you and call you negative. But "mental health" is so fucking "important", right?? Or is it important once you're dead cuz which one is it?

And then once you come on an app like this, they act like it's a cult. At least people on here understand and won't blame me, or call me negative and actually relate to how I feel. They always do the stupid blaming crap they love to do. Like how is it my fault I'm struggling cuz it's either my fucked up genetic fault or due to environment in which case it's people fault, not my own. It was my mistake thinking I could vent to the same people who are responsible for the shit that exists in this world. I'm so sick of this sick world. These people make dying seem like a dream.

They will feign care just to get you off the ledge and then promptly walk away, completely indifferent to what happens after you take the step back, totally absent when you stumble and need someone to be there to catch you. Not only that but unless you're actively standing on the ledge, they don't care. They just blame you. They'd rather you shut up about it. Always bringing up therapist as if it's free or even cheap. They act like it doesn't cost a lot of money to get basic help. Always eager to talk the talk but their actions never show actual care, then they say they don't have to prove it but they're the same people that cries and fake guilt, knowing no normal person is going to possibly let them live with the guilt they so deserve to feel. "No there was nothing you could've done, they hide it so well. You couldn't have known they were going to take lives." And the person they're talking made like nonstop jokes about taking their lives, would withdraw for months at a time, would constantly look tired… like what?

So, either I mention it, in which case I am shipped to a mental institution, or I don't mention it, which typically results in the therapy being vague and unhelpful.

I understand they need to be paid but I don't even think they get paid well which explains the quality of their work. I've had therapist mentions money to me and I felt weird cuz like you know? And usually they talk more than me, so it's like paying when you can't even be completely honest and get the help you need.

I would think that they're super expensive and your insurance isn't on their radar because you don't make enough money to afford the coverage that they accept, which would be major.
