So when I made my method it was partial hanging, it was SO SCARY!!! like putting pressure on your neck is terrifying like I'm sorry but Idk HOW anyone could even possibly go through with it! It's like you have to put pressure on your neck and press reaaallly reaaally hard and again it's slow and TERRIFYING. not AT ALL INSTANT. maybe full suspension would be MUCH better as you don't have to manually push down with your body if that makes sense? Anyways I hope I can try again soon but MAN is the SI super bad! Like it's so scary!!! Again so fucking scary!!! .

I understand completely. I bought my SN in June 2023 and I still haven't used it. I keep coming up with excuses to push my ctb further and further. I hate my SI so much. Thankfully my life is about to reach a tipping point and I'll probably be doing it next year because the alternative is worse than death.

Sn is easier imo because you can just chug it and die. Like lay down and then after vomiting you just go to sleep and never wake up… :). Partial hanging is TERRIFYING as you have to put pressure on your neck with your body in order for it to work I think and it doesn't feel very effective. Like I KNOW that if I moved that the noose would loosen and then id wake up you know? :(.

First of all I'm sorry you had this painful experience. I will do full hanging. I think at the end the pain this horrible pain on the neck is inevitable but at least with full hanging its more safe that it'll work.
10-15 seconds but then forever peace.

as someone who tried to attempt partial this is very relatable i just knew deep inside my body will never let me do that. No amount of discipline or courage will change that. Decided to just get nitrites. If you know you cant change yourself change something else

I'm really sorry that you went through this Today, I see a lot of posts that suggest that partial hanging is not the best option..
