If your breathing stops while unconscious will your body wake you up to save it self?

And if you in a coma, and you stop breathing will your body wake itself up, im guessing in a coma no, but ain't to sure about if unconscious,

Iv searched the web and just get first aid information nothing that explains what iv asked

Reason being is if you add things to N, like xanax or methadone, which speeds up depression, if N hasn't put you in a coma and your breathing stops, will your body's SI wake you up half way through when your dying? If so, its best not to take anything apart from alcohol with N?/

I can't speak to your specific question but I can say I've been present when family and friends have passed. The body will do whatever it can to stay alive. I was amazed at how my aunt held on to life as she passed away. She lingered for a few weeks w/ her body fighting every single breath... I would suggest your body will fight to say alive using everything at it's disposal.

Are you aware of what N is and what it dose? Cos this is what my question was about, after taking N, but if the methadone and xanax stops your breath before N has fully worked will you wake up, or will N keep you suppressed
