• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've deleted all my social media accounts and I'm ready to let go of everyone I used to know and start fresh the problem is that all those bad and cringy memories from years prior are still suck in my head and keep attacking me at random moments or when provoked by something. It feels like PTSD but I feel dumb saying that because I haven't been in a catastrophe or war. Any idea on how to get this out of my head I can't go on like this.

Oh boy, I can certainly relate to this. Cringe attacks are the worst. You're there just doing your own thing, minding your own business, when all of a sudden you get attacked by embarrassing memories. The only thing I can do is try and distract myself from it as quick as possible to try and not think about it.

Perhaps see it as break from people. I frequently delete my accounts temporary just for some breathing space.

Exactly these words. Growing up, I can't speak for you but for me, ptsd was something veterans, cops, people that deal with death and horrific, gorey scenes. But.... More just them have ptsd. You should try to get help for it..... Trust me I have constant memories all the time and it triggered dissociation and now I live with the thoughts most of the day. You shouldn't leave something like this to fester.
