I'm really hoping my SN comes within the next few days. I need to be gone this week. My family are away visiting other family in a different part of the country, so I have no chance of being found. I will go in peace with no intervention. I seen my family off this morning and it was incredibly painful knowing it's the last time I will ever see them, but also I know I'm completely at peace.

please keep your fingers crossed that my SN comes soon. I can't take any more of life. I'm completely done. My mum seems to think "tablets" is the magic cure-all but she is so mistaken. I don't know why I'm making this post. I can barely type from the tears. I just want to be gone.

No, I was going to make a doctors appointment to try to obtain meto, but I'm too messed up. I don't know what to say, and I'm worried I'll come across as disingenuous and raise suspicions.

I'm going to just take SN without it. I'll make 3 drinks to be sure.

Please don't do that, you can have over the counter antiemetic, don't remember the name, but if you go to the pharmacy and say you throw up lately they should give you some, i know in austalia/nz you can, dont know where you live though.

I'm in the UK. I'm not sure if that would work here, but I am honestly too messed up and exhausted mentally to even try.

No i check, infortunatly uk sell them on prescription only, but i find a website where you just fill out a questionnaire that supposedly check by their GP, maybe you can work around that. Because SN without meto im not sure i will work properly and even less peacefully

Yes, but she should make sure the AE are "beta blockers" (or was it dopamine blockers?), not the ones used for travel sickness, which they would most probably give her if she doesn't specify what kind she needs.

I was also curious what would be the success rate if no other meds are taken in addition to SN?
By other meds I mean primarily the anti-emetics and the acid-something (can't remember the term)... those two seem "essential", or rather most important, although there are also the ones for pain and tachycardia (increased heart rate), which only ease down the symptoms.

For AE in australia you can have OTC meto + paracetamol. But not just meto for some reason, another menber mention it few days ago, @AJ95 i think it was.
But i don't recommend taking SN without anything, that would be a very painful death in my opinion.
