I need help

Hello. Im going to kill myself within this week one way or another. But im too afraid to pull the trigger even when im drunk, do you guys have any ideas?
Its hard to obtain cyanide, he or n. All i have is a gun, a rope and a tall building. This life will end one way or another. But i want to use the gun.

you need to be in a lot of pain to pull that trigger, because humans seek comfort and avoid pain, if you are in more pain than pulling the trigger would cause you would pull it, it can be emotional or physical for me emotional pain can be just as bad as physical pain if not worse, but somehow you would need to cause your self pain somehow to overcome the pain of pulling the tigger, you'll actually need to be 100 percent you want to die if you still have some desire to live that will hold you back.

I have lots of emotional pain. Family , gf, existence, sleeping problems to, i ve lost 15kg in this 2 months. im 65 kg now my body is not even close to what im used to have. All clothes are way too big to wear. Im having nightmares for 2 months. I just want to sleep forever and end this life. But pulling the trigger is hard im a coward.

Most of my inspiration comes when I can't sleep for a day or two. At that point I just want any comfort and killing myself is the most comforting.

We all still have a SI, but there is no bravery without fear after all.

It is not cowardly. Ctb is difficult as we are programmed to survive after all. I understand your feelings of wanting to sleep forever, life really is hard and I'm sorry you are suffering so much. We all deserve an option of euthanasia as we never asked to exist in the first place. I believe that in my case I will eventually reach a point of desperation, there will be a feeling deep down where I know it is time to exit and then I will be able to overcome any fears. I hope you find the peace you are looking for.

im still alive today ik in great pain not even whishkey is able to make sleep. I ve bought Sn from local chem store. Maybe it will encourage me.
