Yesterday I nearly died because I felt very nauseas in the middle of the night, then I needed to puke, and the thing is that I choked nearly to death from my own vomit that day. I only survived because I managed to loosen the "constipation" in my mouth by reflex jumping up and down.

But it was the worst feeling ever to get no air to breathe. And not being able to breathe, and feeling the stomach acid coming up in my mouth was very very very painful, probably one of thee most painful way to for would be joking on your own vomit.

Obviously this wasn't planned, because suffocating isn't the way I want to die.

That's the thing I don't really want to die, I realized then, at least not a painful way.

A slow Painful death is my worst fear.

I had a somewhat similar experience when I had my caffeine overdose and knowing the A&E doctors/nurses would be unwilling to treat me properly because I had a gut feeling my blood test results would come back as normal (yes I was jumping the gun there, but my foresight was correct when I did came back for the results), I just walked out of A&E before getting my results with the intention of heading towards to a coastal cliff to jump off of. But since it was a few hours away, I had to stop for the night at a hotel.

My god was the experience terrifying, I had a headache and my body was sweating and shaking so violently I was afraid I was gonna pass out. But not like the good kind of passing out where hopefully I'd CTB, but the bad kind where you would eventually wake back up but with brain damage.

Suffocation is the worst feeling ever. Idk why anyone would try to cbt suffocating.

Wow, that sounds awful. Hope you are feeling better. This makes me concerned about the potential of choking on vomit after taking SN

Supposedly when you do the Inert Gas method correctly, you trick your brain into thinking you're still breathing in oxygen when you're really not (something to do with CO2 not building up), so you don't get that feeling of panic like you usually would.

All other forms of suffocation yes they sound incredibly unpleasant. But I guess some people have limited options to how they can CTB.

That does sound like such an horrible experience, a slow painful dying process also sounds awful to me which is why I envy those who have Nembutal so much. I would rather the process of dying to be over more quickly. But I think that some people try to ctb by suffocation because of desperation and limited access to methods.
