-breakdowns from the smallest inconvenience

-I can't brush my teeth or even wash my face (I struggle to brush my teeth already, but when I haven't for a while I'm likely in a deep pit of depression at the moment)
-can't eat (I struggle with overeating so its hard for me to not eat)
-I see/imagine/hallucinate myself hanging from every surface that's possible to hang from

That's such a cool way to look at it... for peace of mind... better than nothing, right? If it works for them, I'm happy to hear it.

- when my collection of can tabs begins to spill off of my window sill
(kind of a joke i have with myself, i drink a lot of energy drinks and collect the tabs (idky just a habit) and i chain them all together, my chain is currently (guessing, i havent actually measured it) over two meters long with each link having three tabs, but i think if i used all the loose tabs on my window sill itd be at least three meters, ive been in a slump for a while now)
