Help I keep hearing aboout people dying from fentanyl od how do I get access to this?

For someone that does not hang around people and is a shut in how do I access this? I am in Texas but willing to travel, can someone give me places to go and look for this. I have no experience with buying drugs off streets or people if someone can guide me please.
