I just purchased 25kg of NaNO2 and need advice

Hi,
I just purchased 25kg of NaNO2. I saw on some videos that people are concerned when they make the water solution. They are not sure if they need to drink it and then when some time past they say it will not work anymore since they waited too much. I'm a chemical engeneer and really don't understand why you need to drink it instantly after you dissolve it. Can anyone explain it to me?

I said i need it for testing and wanted small amount , but the company which distributes it asked me to take at least take 25...

I would be careful with that. A Dutch recently got arrested and is still in prison for selling SN to others without the intention of making profit. I'd be careful selling/giving away SN, knowing what it'll be used for.

Be careful with the laws where you are, giving it or selling it will most likely be considered assisted suicide or something similar.

That's how I feel. After I felt my LW SN was exposed to too much heat I bought from a couple sources and now have like 70 pounds of SN lmao (3 diff brands). Wish I could share with the users who are struggling to get their hands on it :(
