I just had a dream I killed myself

I have nightmares constantly and they often centre around someone in my life killing themselves, but this time it was me.

I dreamt everyone in my life was going to know all of the bad things I've done. I tried to escape it but I immediately ran away and laid down on the railway and I was dead in under a minute. I remember rubbing my thumb against my hand while I laid down to distract myself.

I don't know what to do about this dream.

I've had a consistent dream of me jumping off a cliff with 0 context since I was 7. Along with dying by gunshot and stabbed to death in multiple places within a warzone.

I usually dream of other peoples suicides and it makes me really ashamed.
