My performance at work was bad today and i occasionally labeled stickers with a minimal bevel, which meant that they had to be redone. I was constantly passively aggressively reprimanded by my superiors and my colleagues complained about me "inconspicuously" behind my back. Its was painfully hard to mask my selfhatred. At home i cut myself with my selfmade "blade" (its the ferulla part of a pencil (the ereassor got removed)) wich i dented inward so it created three edges with various sharpnesses. (The same way i did it back in highschool)). Afterward my arm went numb for a bit and then thingled for a while.
Ps: it doesn't cut deep so no blood and the scars fade away after ~10mins
